How To: Make Your Note Public

For making a note that your team can see, access and edit.

You can easily create a Private Client Note or select an existing Client Note to make Public.

A Public Client Note is visible to your entire team (not the actual public), they can access and edit the note, but they cannot make the note private.

A Private Client Note is created by you and only visible to you and no one else can see it.

  1. To make a NEW Client Note that is Public. Go to the Notes page and +Add Note.

  2. To make an EXISTING Client Note public, you can sort your notes to view all your Client Notes by Topics.

  3. or by Client Search using the Client Column.

  4. Clicking on a Note Summary from the note list will open a Details Tile. From here, clicking the pencil icon in the top right of the Details Tile will let you edit the Note.


    Set the note to public from the bar on top of the edit screen.

  5. Once you're done, click Save at the bottom of the editing screen and your changes will be saved automatically.
