XPM Unable to Connect to XBert

For users having trouble connecting XBert to their XPM account.

If you're having trouble connecting your Xero Practice Manager (XPM) to XBert, follow this article to resolve the issue.

  1. In XPM, select the Business tab from the page options at the top of your screen.

  2. From the drop-down menu, select the Settings option.

  3. In the Settings menu, go to Staff Settings listed under the 'Practice' category.

  4. Click on the staff member you'd like to edit access permissions for.

  5. Then, go to the Permissions tab.

  6. Select Practice Administration.

  7. Tick the Connect third-party add-ons to turn it on. After that, simply click 'Save'.
