XPM Unable to Connect to XBert

For users having trouble connecting XBert to their XPM account.

If you're having trouble connecting your Xero Practice Manager (XPM) to XBert, follow this article to resolve the issue.

  1. In XPM, select the Business tab from the page options at the top of your screen.

  2. From the drop-down menu, select the Settings option.

  3. In the Settings menu, go to Staff Settings listed under the 'Practice' category.

  4. Click on the staff member you'd like to edit access permissions for. Then, scroll to the bottom of the staff's page and ensure that Authorise 3rd Party Full Access is turned on under the API Access Privileges tab. After that, simply click 'Save'.
