š± These steps are for the XBert Capture app
They describe what you'll see in the app itself, on a phone or in a browser, from setting it up for the first time through to using it day to day.
XBert Capture is a separate app from XBert. Anything that happens inside XBert is covered in the collections for your firm.
What's in Documents
Everything that's been sent into this business's conversations, in one list. It's the quickest way to check whether a receipt actually went through.
Find something
Tap Documents in the menu.
Narrow it down if you need to.
If nothing matches you'll see No documents match your search. If the business hasn't sent anything yet, Media you send in chats will appear here.
Open one
Tap an item to see it full screen.
Photos fill the screen.
PDFs and other files show their name and type, with an Open button.
Tap Open to view the file itself, More options for the rest, and the Ć to come back to the list.
If a file won't open you'll see Unable to open this document. Please try again later.
Delete one
Open it and tap Delete, then confirm in the Delete Attachment window.
ā ļø Deleting removes the message it came in on
It isn't just hidden from this list, and it can't be undone. You can only delete things you sent yourself.

š” Deleting here doesn't un-send the receipt
If your bookkeeper has already picked it up, it stays on their side. Message them if you've sent the wrong thing.
