đ± These steps are for the XBert Capture app
They describe what you'll see in the app itself, on a phone or in a browser, from setting it up for the first time through to using it day to day.
XBert Capture is a separate app from XBert. Anything that happens inside XBert is covered in the collections for your firm.
Search by name
There's a box above the conversation list - Search Chats on a phone, Search chats... in a browser.
Type any part of a name and the list narrows as you go. It matches the name of the conversation and the name of whoever sent the last message, so either will find it. Capitals don't matter.
Narrow it by status instead
Tap the sliders icon beside the search box. A row of options drops down, each with a count:
All - everything, which is also how you clear the others.
Pinned - the ones you've pinned to the top.
Unread - the ones you haven't read.
Snoozed - the ones you've muted.
Archived - see below.
Pick more than one and a conversation has to match all of them. Pinned and Unread together means pinned conversations you haven't read yet - not both lists side by side.
Whatever you've picked also shows as a chip in the search box. Tap the X on a chip to drop just that one.
Archived works the other way round
Archived conversations are kept out of the list entirely until you ask for them. Tap Archived and you see only those; tap it off and you're back to the rest.

If nothing comes back
The list tells you which it is - No pinned chats when there are none to begin with, or No pinned chats match your search when your typing is what's ruling them out.
Clear the search box first, then the filters.
