Ever wished you could quickly turn a client note into a task? With XBert, it’s easy!

Let’s explore how you can streamline your workflow by creating tasks directly from your client notes.

Click play for a quick video guide! ✨

The default roles you can set are Partner, Manager, Accountant and Bookkeep

  1. To view all your Client Notes, go to the Notes board. Note Topics is the first column, allowing you to sort and filter your notes by topics that are most relevant to you.

  2. The second column on the Notes board is the Client column. You can also use this to sort and filter your notes by client, making it easier to find exactly what you’re looking for.

  3. Once you’ve found the note you want to turn into a task, click the Template icon. This action will create a one-off task, pulling in key details from the note.

The task created from the note will automatically include the following information: Title, Description, and Client. All you need to do is complete any additional task details

Once you've completed all the necessary details, simply click 'Save' to finalise your task.

Now, you’ve successfully created a task from a client note!
