How To: Change the Assignee of the Schedule

For moving the recurring tasks to another team member.

You can easily change who a schedule is assigned to including a Role or User.

Update the Role of a Schedule

  1. Under Assigned Role / User, select the Role button.

    Select the Role from Partner, Manager, Acc/Bkkper, or Client. Save your schedule.

Update the Assigned User of the Schedule

  1. Open and Edit the schedule.

  2. Under Assigned Role / User select the User button.

    Select a Team Member and Save your schedule.

    NOTE: All future tasks will be assigned to that user going forward. To assign tasks that have already been created you will need to bulk assign the tasks to the team member.
